Privacy Policy

Multilities is built around a simple promise: your files are processed entirely inside your browser and never uploaded to a server. This document explains what limited information we still collect, why, and how to control it.

Files you upload (PDFs, images, documents) are processed by JavaScript running on your device. They never leave your browser, are not sent to our servers, and are not seen by us or any third party.

We do not require account creation. There is no login, no email collection, no user profiles.

Local Storage: we store your selected language preference in your browser's localStorage to remember it across visits. This data stays on your device.

Server logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages or similar) records standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. These logs are retained for a limited period.

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on the site. AdSense and its partners may set cookies or use similar technologies to deliver ads relevant to you and to measure ad performance. They may collect your IP address, device type, ad interactions, and approximate location. They do not have access to the files you process.

You can opt out of personalised advertising at https://www.google.com/settings/ads or through your browser's privacy controls.

We do not set first-party tracking cookies. Third-party services we use (e.g. Google AdSense) may set their own cookies, governed by their respective privacy policies.

Multilities is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Under GDPR, CCPA and similar laws, you have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information. Because we collect almost no personal data, most rights apply only to ad partners. Contact them directly, or contact us and we will help where possible.

We may update this policy. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page.
